A Common Purpose is a London studio specialising in identity and communications. It works in all aspects of branding, art direction, print, packaging, and digital, primarily across the fashion, design and culture sectors.
Having worked with A Common Purpose as a collaborator on many of their web projects in the past, I was thrilled to work with them on their own portfolio website.
As is usual, ACP provided meticulous designs which they created in-house. They worked closely with me to ensure that everything in the build was pixel perfect and all the UI elements were a joy to use.
The resulting website includes an unusual pixellated animation on the homepage, and a unqiue way of showcasing projects. Careful consideration was given to mobile, so that everything was perfectly suited to a vertical format. This meant loading in different templates with Ajax, instead of purely relying on CSS adjustments for layout changes.
The resulting site is a minimal, graceful website wth beautiful content. In particular, I love the way ACP use video to showcase their work.
